1. Currency and purchase process
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Any actual transaction must show its final charge, billing interval and taxes or required fees before authorization. Payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay become available only after a payment provider approves and connects the business. No live payment processing is enabled in this preview.
2. Pricing at checkout
| Performance tier | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | ||
| Plus | ||
| Premium |
All paid-plan prices listed here are the prices currently displayed in the site preview. The reference prices and percentage discounts must be substantiated as genuine before promotional claims are used in live advertising. Savings are not precisely 30% on every option.
3. Trial: $0.99 for 24 hours
The Basic Trial costs $0.99 once and provides 24 hours of access beginning when access is activated. It does not automatically convert to a Monthly plan, and it does not authorize recurring charges. After expiry, continuing service requires a new affirmative purchase. The Trial follows the same final-sale rule and mandatory exceptions described below.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly Basic, Plus and Premium renew once per billing month if you separately opt in to automatic renewal. The amount and billing date will be confirmed before the first charge. The plan continues until you cancel, at which point future renewals cease. Access typically remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.
5. Yearly subscriptions
Yearly Basic, Plus and Premium are paid upfront for 12 months. If automatic renewal is expressly authorized, a new annual charge applies at the next renewal date unless canceled. Any notices required for annual renewal, including reminders for customers in jurisdictions with specific rules, will be sent before the relevant deadline.
6. Clear authorization and receipts
Before completing payment we will display the selected tier, term, renewal frequency, amount, cancellation method and applicable taxes. Recurring charges require an affirmative consent separate from accepting general terms where required. A payment confirmation or receipt will be provided after successful settlement.
7. Our general policy: no refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR UNUSED TIME. As a general policy, the 24-hour Trial and Monthly or Yearly digital VPN subscriptions are non-refundable once digital access has been provided or activated. We do not offer discretionary refunds because a customer changes their mind, uses the service only briefly, forgets to cancel before a renewal, dislikes the available features, or no longer needs access. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund an already-completed payment.
8. Mandatory exceptions and billing corrections
We will not use this policy to deny remedies required by law. A refund, reversal, correction or other remedy may be required for an unauthorized transaction; duplicate or incorrectly priced charge; failure to deliver purchased access; a material service failure creating a legal right to a remedy; or another circumstance protected by applicable consumer law. Any request is assessed under the customer’s mandatory rights and the facts of the order. This policy does not remove the right to report unauthorized charges to a bank or payment provider.
9. How to request a billing review
Provide the verified support contact with your order or receipt identifier, date of charge, amount, email used at checkout, and a short explanation. Never email a full payment-card number, security code or VPN access key. The merchant must publish its actual support address and a response procedure before live checkout is enabled. A disputed payment may be investigated with the payment processor and supporting transaction records.
10. Cancellation and access after cancellation
Recurring subscriptions must include a clear cancellation option that consumers can use without unreasonable obstacles. Cancellation should be possible through the same online channel or an accessible customer portal where required. After cancellation, no further renewal payment should be taken, and the paid access normally continues through its stated end date. A cancellation is distinct from a refund or payment dispute.
11. Renewal notices, price changes and failed payments
Notice of changes, upcoming renewals, renewal reminders and cancellation rights will be provided as required by the laws applicable to the customer. We will not apply a higher renewal price without giving legally required information and obtaining additional authorization when required. Failed payments may temporarily suspend service; repeated charges or late fees will not be added unless clearly disclosed and lawful.
12. Promotions and reference prices
Promotional labels and crossed-out prices are intended to show the difference between advertised prices and claimed reference prices. A U.S. comparison price must be a genuine regular price, not an invented figure. We will correct percentage badges before live selling wherever the advertised percentage differs from the actual mathematical savings. Subscription pricing at the final checkout controls your charge.
13. Statutory rights and support
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. The merchant identity, geographic jurisdiction, valid support contact, full transaction terms and any required cancellation interface must be published before accepting real payments. This is a detailed pre-launch billing policy, not a statement that payment processing is currently active.
